A Letter From
Our Director
Dear Crossroads Christian School Families,
It is a profound honor to serve as your Director and to partner with you in the academic and spiritual growth of your children.
My educational philosophy is rooted in the understanding that no two students enter a classroom with identical abilities, experiences, or needs. With a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston and almost two decades of experience in both college preparatory and special education, I have dedicated my career to the art of differentiated instruction. My goal is to ensure that our school meets every student’s unique learning style and readiness level with precision and care.
Before transitioning fully into education and ministry, I served as a Software Analyst and Finance Associate for Dell Computer Corporation. This background in corporate analysis and finance allows me to lead Crossroads with a high standard of professional excellence and organizational integrity. I believe that a well-run school provides the necessary foundation for a thriving classroom.
Beyond administration, my heart is deeply tied to ministry. Having spent over ten years volunteering in women’s and children’s ministries, I view our school as a vital mission field. I am committed to fostering an environment where your child is not only challenged academically but also nurtured spiritually.
I look forward to many more years of growth and partnership.
Thank you!
Shannon Mitchamore
