CCS employees are engaged in an environment that is team-oriented and emergent. To ensure that our faculty is continually developing their skills in accordance with our performance objectives, we have a strong professional growth program.
Crossroads Christian School seeks to provide a safe and secure environment for our students.
It is required that all applicants be prepared to complete:
- Application/background check
- CCS School Policies and Procedures Forms
- A Compliance orientation, and
- Professional Development Sessions concerning but not limited to the following: "Child Abuse and Neglect", “Mental Health”, “Suicide Awareness” and “Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy Action Plans”.
This process is for all staff and/or volunteers.
All applicants for CCS teaching positions must have Bachelor's Degree.
