Thank you so much for your interest in Crossroads Christian School. CCSI is dedicated to providing students with the opportunity for academic excellence, and guided growth in mental, spiritual and social development. Crossroads is not part of any church, but a non-denominational homeschool transforming the lives of students and cultivating constructive relationships with the Victoria community. We believe quality Christian education is achieved when parents, students, and teachers firmly support the school in every aspect and maintain open communication with one another. The following specifics are essential:
♦ Parents are responsible for their child’s education and spiritual growth.
♦ Teachers must realize a calling for teaching and be spiritually and academically qualified.
♦ Students must have a desire to strive for excellence in studies and activities, to be respectful of others and to serve the school, church and the community.
While this site can provide you with an introduction to Crossroads Christian School, there is no substitute for visiting our campus and experiencing our community firsthand. If you have any questions you would like addressed before you fill out the application packet, or would like to schedule a tour, please call the school at 361-212-3078 or email us at email@example.com.
CCSI utilizes a rolling admissions process and therefore asks parents to promptly complete an Application Packet for each child along with the $100.00 non-refundable application fee. Although applications may be submitted at any time during the school year, or up to a year in advance of the student’s intended start date; open registration will only continue until we reach our capacity, both for the current school year and next school year. A waitlist will be added if necessary. Placement of students on the waiting list in grades 1st through 12th is based on the date of the application and priority status. Placement on the waiting list does not constitute acceptance.
After CCSI evaluates the admissions packet, we schedule a family interview. We would like both parents or guardians to attend the interview as well as students applying to grades 1 through 12.
Parents are notified of the status of their student's acceptance during the interview or through the admissions office. Upon acceptance, parents will receive an Enrollment Agreement. The Enrollment Agreement must be accepted within 10 days, along with payment of the new student registration fees as outlined in the agreement and on the tuition and fees chart.
While we always hope that we will be a good fit for each and every family that applies, Crossroads Christian reserves the right to deny admission to any student whom we determine would not benefit from the programs and services available at Crossroads Christian. The family also reserves the right to withdraw from the admissions process at any time or to have their application put on hold for up to a year.
CCSI does not discriminate or retaliate on the basis of gender, race, color, national or ethnic origin, or physical or cognitive disability in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and other school administered programs. However, Crossroads Christian School Incorporated does reserve the right to use appropriate selection criteria for employees and students to fulfill its stated goals and objectives.
In this current and challenging culture, we want to thank you again for considering us as your partner in the most important responsibility you have as a parent, preparing the next generation of responsible adults.
