Analise Kennedy

We have added a new staff member to our family at Crossroads Christian School who has over 40 years of experience in all areas of academics.  Analisa Kennedy came to us this year as a “Nana”, volunteering her time and skill set.  When it was determined that we could benefit from her experience in Grant Writing, Curriculum Development, Special Education Modifications and Adaptions, Enrichment Development, Staff Development, Post Graduate and Military Programs, we knew she needed to be part of our staff.

Ms. Kennedy has a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Lutheran College with a major in Elementary Education, minors in History, English, and Geology.  Her Master’s Degree of Curriculum and Instruction is from Corpus Christi Texas A & M.  The portfolio of all of the workshops, trainings, and programs she has attended as well as conducted over the last 40 years is massive.

Mrs. Kennedy has taught grades 2nd thru running an alternative and credit rescue high school in Rockport, Texas.  She also served as a Resident Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Victoria for many years.  She is well versed in the design and development of individual programs for children of all ages and abilities.

Mrs. Kennedy received the Corpus Christi Caller Times, South Texas Teacher of the Year in 1995 and was also recognized by Duck’s Unlimited International for the Wetland’s Curriculum, Cygnet, that she wrote for the environmental group.  The Texas Education Agency also recognized Mrs. Kennedy for her ability to create individual programs designed to assist At Risk students to seek graduation with a purpose, Military, Trades Schools, College, or viable employment with in their interest and level.

Mrs. Kennedy welcomes conferences with parents as an effort to bridge the gap between parents, staff, curriculum, and student likes and dislikes.

So please feel free to contact her for conferences.  She is on campus MTW
